Built for strength, managed with precision.
Built From the Ground Up

An Oregon Construction Company Building Since 2015

Tocher Construction wasn’t born from a business plan — it was built from a lifetime spent learning the trade the right way. Founder Troy Tocher grew up alongside a builder father who put him to work as a framer, instilling not just technical skill but a work ethic that still defines the company today. Years spent remodeling and flipping his own homes sharpened that hands-on expertise long before Tocher Construction ever took a client.

Skilled. Selective. Respectful.

Crews You Can Trust

Hand-Picked & Vetted Talent

Troy personally trains and vets every crew member before they set foot on a job site. With four crews and ten skilled tradesmen, every hire meets the same bar for craftsmanship and character — so you know exactly who's working in your home.

Clean-Cut & Dependable

Our crews show up on time, work hard, and treat your property with respect. That means fewer surprises, fewer delays, and a job site you feel good about.

Pride in the Work

Every crew member takes personal ownership of the final result. That pride shows up in the details — the kind of quality control you notice long after we've left.
A Different Kind of Calling

A Family-Run Company in the Willamette Valley

In 2015, after serving as a pastor and youth minister in Lebanon, Troy felt the pull back to the tangible satisfaction of building something with his own hands. That decision to return to construction full-time wasn’t about leaving one calling behind — it was about answering another. What started as a one-man operation, with his father helping on the very first project, has grown into a respected, family-oriented company serving the entire Willamette Valley.

Today, that same founder’s-eye attention to detail runs through every crew and every job site. Homeowners aren’t just hiring a contractor — they’re partnering with a company whose values were forged well before the first nail was driven.
